Workforce Snapshot is your first look at how your workforce data appears once it has been fully mapped to Pearson’s world-class ontology.

It transforms your raw job titles, skills information, and organizational structure into a standardized, structured profile of your workforce.

This is where you begin exploring the shape of your organization through three core lenses: occupations, tasks, and skills. The insights you see here are automatically generated by our classification models, giving you an immediate understanding of your workforce without any manual tagging or cleanup.

What you can explore

Occupations View

See how your job titles are classified into occupation categories and standardized roles. This helps you understand which roles appear across different parts of the organization and how your workforce is distributed.

Tasks View

Explore the tasks your workforce performs, including the most common tasks and how task responsibilities vary across roles or units. This helps you understand the actual work taking place day-to-day.

Skills View

Review the skills represented across your workforce, including top skills by estimated employees, future-proof skills, and major skill domains. This gives you early visibility into strengths, gaps, and capability patterns.
