The Workforce Customizer App is accessible to authorized members only.
What this error means
This message appears when you try to open a Workforce Customizer page that your account is not permitted to view.
This typically happens when:

Your user account is not linked to the organisation whose page you’re trying to access

You are signed in, but do not have the correct permissions for this feature

You followed a link or bookmark to a page that your account cannot open

The Org ID in the URL does not match the organisations you’re authorized for
The lock illustration and message (shown in the uploaded PDF) highlight that access is limited to approved members only.

How to fix it
Try the following steps:

Check that you’re signed in with the correct email associated with your organisation.

If you believe you should have access, contact your internal admin or Pearson Support to review your permissions.
