OUTCOME
The creation of a a common national strategy and support mechanism to aid in the future skills development of the national workforce and assist companies’ in their response to the digital transformation of their businesses.
The Faethm tool is an integral part of the process to on-board new companies into the Skills Bridge program.
Companies submit a workforce development plan, and engage in a planning exercise that allows them to ID the jobs at risk based on the company’s data, and explore future opportunities.
Based on this information, employers support employees in developing individual skills development plans, and receive certifications upon program completion.
The employee is then empowered to transition into a new role internally or externally.
