This interactive feature helps you discover the best-fit APIs based on your persona and your business objective—whether you're hiring, planning workforce changes, closing skill gaps, or exploring technology impact.

We built this tool to remove the guesswork and provide tailored API recommendations aligned with real customer goals.

How it Works

The Find a Solution interface is located within the API Showcase and offers a simple step-by-step journey:

  1. Choose your persona
    Are you a Workforce Planner, Tech Strategist, People Analyst, Learning Manager, or Talent Recruiter? Start by selecting the role that best describes you.

  2. Select your business goal
    Each persona has a curated list of practical objectives, such as:

    • Benchmarking English proficiency requirements

    • Finding skill gaps by occupation

    • Understanding workforce trends

    • Identifying suitable roles for automation

    • And more

  3. Get a tailored API bundle recommendation
    You’ll be shown:

    • A Best-Fit API — the most relevant API for your selected goal.

    • A list of Additional Relevant APIs — based on what others in your role typically explore.

  4. Deep dive or continue exploring
    From here, you can:

    • View the API Catalog

    • Continue exploring by changing your persona or business goal

    • Bookmark the APIs for further demoing or integration discussions

  • Best-Fit API: English Proficiency by Occupation

  • Other Recommended APIs: Skill Search, Skill Details, Skill Proficiency Descriptions, and Historical Skill Trends

Each recommendation includes a short description of what the API does and which bundle it belongs to.
