How is salary cost reduction calculated?

Salary cost (reduction to total org and per org unit salary costs) is calculated by multiplying the salary of each FTE in an org unit against the automation risk rating of that FTE (e.g. X%) and summing the results for all roles in an org unit. So, budget impact is the sum of FTE x salary (compensation) x Automation risk rating.
