How does Faethm determine prediction accuracy?

Predicting the future with complete certainty is impossible. However, Faethm’s prediction accuracy is high in both precision and recall, a measure of evaluating performance and efficacy of data science models, scoring at 95%. This has been tested against real world job automation scenarios and data.

Faethm also estimates a confidence interval of 3.8%. It's not common practice to apply confidence intervals to machine learning algorithms. The confidence interval means that 95% of the time, the true future value will fall within 3.8% of Faethm’s predictions.
