How do I add in and use custom filters?

Custom filters can be used to obtain more granular insights with data fields relevant to your organisation. Examples include ethnicity, disability, employee type and industry award rates.

To include a custom filter on the platform, contact your Client Insights Manager. Providing your own organisational classification of continuity-essential jobs, level types (and other guide filters) is particularly beneficial as it will enable a more contextual categorisation of your organisation’s jobs and workforce.
